Jenni Wiebke

A Lincoln native, Jenni was born and raised in the community she proudly serves today. She is a graduate of Lincoln Southeast High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, where she developed strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex processes which are strengths that now benefit her real estate clients every day.

Jenni’s professional background includes extensive experience in property and operations management, where she played an active role in real estate project coordination and transaction oversight. Her work included managing home flip project timelines, coordinating pre- and post-inspection processes, overseeing vendor and contractor relationships, and supporting transactions involving single-family homes, multi-family properties, commercial acquisitions and contract negotiations, as well as multi-property single-family portfolios. This hands-on experience gives her a deep understanding of property value, condition, and the many moving parts behind a successful transaction.

Today, Jenni brings that operational experience directly into the service she provides her real estate clients, offering buyers and sellers a strategic, detail-oriented approach. She is known for her calm communication style, organized systems, and ability to guide clients through negotiations, inspections, and timelines with clarity and confidence. Whether working with first-time buyers, families needing more space, investors, or sellers preparing for their next chapter, she focuses on protecting her clients’ interests while making the process feel structured and manageable.
